La Torre alle Tolfe is a third-generation family-run property located a few kilometers from Siena, in Tuscany. Nearby is the former monastery of Pontignano and its famous Italian gardens, the Parco delle Sculture del Chianti, Castello di Brolio, the village of Monteliscai, and the Palio di Trecciolino. The medieval city of Siena is only 3 km from the estate, with its magnificent Duomo, the beautiful Piazza del Campo, its museums and the cultural activities associated with the two world-famous Palio races. Not far away in the Chianti countryside, you can admire other ancient villages such as Monteriggioni, San Gimignano, Greve in Chianti, Montepulciano, and Volterra. South, you will discover the driest landscape of the Crete Senesi with nature reserves and spas. The Via Francigena is also within easy reach. Each location will offer you festivals associated with holidays or the seasons and their products: grapes, olives, porcini mushrooms, chestnuts, truffles.
La Torre alle Tolfe is an agricultural estate located near Siena, Tuscany, centered on an ancient watchtower under renovation, which will be opening in July as a suite spread over three floors, and a magnificent villa with 15 rooms, built on a hill, preceded by an avenue of tall cypress trees, surrounded by a beautiful Tuscan garden and nestled in a landscape of vineyards, woods, and meadows, with extraordinary views of Siena and Chianti. Furnished by the Castelli family, the villa bears witness to the owners’ love of Tuscan history and art. On the ground floor, you will discover an elegant dining room and two comfortable lounges. Upstairs there’s a large pool room overlooking the garden. Each room is named after one of the districts of Siena. The spacious rooms are split over three floors, equipped with a lift. You can relax by the poolside admiring the breathtaking view of the Tuscan landscape or play bowls or tennis in the shade of centuries-old trees. It is required a 2 nights minimum stay.

You can also choose from menus with dietary and vegetarian options. To the delight of gourmets, the kitchen is fully equipped to host cooking classes during which there are fruit and vegetable picking walks and visits to the market to discover typical products.
