Festa a Vico
Every year in Vico Equense, near the city of Sorrento, during June there is an event that draws lots of participants, that is “Festa a Vico”. It is an event dedicated to taste and gourmet cuisine, with many chefs including personalities known to the most: we are referring to Carlo Cracco, Antonino Cannavacciuolo and Massimo Bottura. The town will become a real open-air kitchen, but one more reason to participate in this event is the beneficial purpose behind it: the proceeds are donated to non-profit organizations, to which you can donate a spontaneous donation starting from a minimum amount of money.

Pizza Stabia Festival
Every year in July in the town of Castellammare di Stabia in Campania hosts an event, “Pizza Stabia Festival”, which celebrates one of the excellences of the culinary tradition of Campania: as you can see the pizza! It is four days of celebration dedicated to pizza, typical products and local neomelodic music. In the past among the guests of the event the city could count on the presence of the comedian Biagio Izzo, as well as the singer Tony Colombo now popular throughout the territory.
Ravello Festival
During August Ravello is the main protagonist of the “Ravello Festival” which opens its doors to events of classical music, cinema, literature with the participation of international artists. The event was launched in 1953 to pay homage to one of the greatest composers of classical music, Richard Wagner. In 2003, the festival’s events were centred around a main theme, the so-called “Leitmotiv”, which involved various themes: power, dream, contrast, play, passion, diversity, courage, madness, travel, tomorrow, the south, enchantment and many others.

Positano Teatro Festival
Positano is the perfect stage for suggestive and interesting theatrical exhibitions, so much so that in August one of the most impressive events organized in this beautiful location is held: the “Positano Theatre Festival”. Folk groups, theater performances, guests of national and international prominence for seven days in which to enjoy the beauty of the landscape and art, as well as cultural events completely free. The splendid places of the town of Campania are also the setting for this event.
Wines and flavours from Campania, in Sorrento
During September Sorrento organizes the event “Incontri di vini e sapori campani” with tasting of wines, champagne and typical regional products. The beautiful Villa Fiorentino, moreover, is the setting for captivating musical performances.
