The offer includes two junior suites – Bacio and Jazz – overlooking the garden and olive grove, Assisi side. Three deluxe double rooms – Sagrantino, Cashmire, Frantoio – with king-size bed and bathroom, one of which overlooks the olive grove, one with a terrace and another with a balcony overlooking the valley of Umbria. A superior king room – Mastrogiorgio -, overlooking Assisi and the garden with the olive grove, consisting of a large room with a king-size bed and spacious bathroom. All rooms are equipped with Wifi connection, 32-inch TV, air conditioning and hair dryer. It is also possible to rent the entire facility on an exclusive basis.

Built in the garden that surrounds the CorteViva Boutique B&B villa there is an ancient medieval well at its center surrounded by olive trees and aromatic plants where you can enjoy the solarium area with a 6-seater heated Jacuzzi, an outdoor swimming pool 10mt x 5mt, with sunbeds, umbrellas, a shower and a pergola with lounge and tables. The owners offer a traditional Italian and continental breakfast with homemade cakes and Umbrian specialties, served in the room that opens onto a beautiful veranda, where even in winter you have the feeling of having breakfast outside, nestled in the relaxing atmosphere of the Umbrian countryside. In summer you can enjoy breakfast in the garden, under the umbrellas and pergola. The villa is surrounded and sheltered by an eighteenth-century boundary wall and gate, which provide secure parking for cars, motorcycles and bicycles.
